Conflict with RealPlayer Record Plug-in for Firefox
Description
If you have the Firefox plug-in called RealPlayer Browser Record installed on your browser, PicLens may not work properly or show an icon.
Solution
To allow PicLens to work, you'll need disable the RealPlayer Browser Record plug-in temporarily:
- Goto to your Firefox Tools > Add-ons > Extensions > RealPlayer > and click "disable".
- In the same folder, also select PicLens and click "disable".
- Close your Firefox browser, and then open it.
- Go back to Firefox Tools > Add-ons > Extensions > Piclens > and click "enable".
- Close Firefox browser one more time.
- When you reopen it, PicLens will be ready to go. Try our test page again.
The above is a short-term solution to this add-on conflict. We are working hard to provide long-term solution in a future release of PicLens.
