Known Issues (as of 2008/05/11)
- Appears that PicLens does not work after installation. After installation, you must close and reopen Internet Explorer in order to activate PicLens. Thereafter, PicLens will work on enabled sites such as Google Images, Yahoo Images, Flickr, Facebook, Picasa Web Albums, Friendster, and more.
- PicLens shows spinning icon or does not work on Flickr.
We've found that in some countries or languages, Flickr may not be working properly. Our team is working hard to resolve this issue and are determining a list of countries and languages where this issue occurs. You can help us squash this bug. If you have trouble using PicLens on Flickr, please email us and let us know (1) the country you in which you reside, (2) the URL you use to log into Flickr, and (2) the language used in Flickr when you login.
