We thank you for using PicLens, and are committed to responding to inquiries in a timely fashion (typically, 1-3 days or faster). Please kindly submit inquiries to feedback@piclens.com, and make sure to let us know- Your operating system and version, e.g. MAC OSX 10.4, Windows XP, Vista, etc.
- Browser version, e.g. Safari 2.0, Firefox 2.0.0.7, etc.
- Version of PicLens installed, e.g. 1.5.10 (or approximate date)
- And, of course, your comment/inquiry
